Advice:
You will be required to collect, complete and return a travel form. This can be collected from reception.
If you are last minute traveller, we may not be able to see you before you travel, if this is the case you are advised to attend a private travel clinic where charges will apply.

If you require a list of your vaccinations, please submit this in writing, there maybe a charge for this, we advise you to contact our reception desk on 0131 664 2166 for advice.
