Our District Nursing team provide care to our housebound patients in their own home.
Your doctor or the hospital may refer you to our District Nurses if you are unable to attend the surgery for the nursing care you require.

If you require advice on health matters or local services for all age groups, the Health Visitors are here to help. Please leave a message on their answering machine, and they will get back to you as soon as they can.
They specialise in growth and development of children under 5 and are also happy to offer support and advice to older patients and some patients recently discharged from hospital.

Our integrated primary care pharmacy team lead medicines optimisation and deliver a specialist clinical pharmacy service within an agreed standard of pharmaceutical care for the identified patient population, safely, effectively and within their defined limits of responsibility, resources and activity. They provide prescribing and professional advice to medical, nursing and other healthcare staff and contribute to good clinical governance in the use of medicines.
